Under the permitted development act, house extensions can be undertaken as long as they meet a certain criteria.   This proposal was for a single storey rear extension to a mid terrace property.  After surveying the site, existing and proposed floor plan and elevation drawings were produced to enable the client to consult with their neighbours.  However, as this property is in a Conservation Area a Full Planning Application was needed, which I am pleased to say gained full consent.
