Getting the brief right is fundamental to a successful design project.  I will spend time with you, discussing your needs, wants, and importantly 'don't wants'!  This way we will establish a sound defintion of your project and what you hope to achieve. There are a number of stages to complete a project and we will discuss which ones are the most relevant to your needs, tailoring the package to suit your needs and budget.

A project typically begins with a concept design, including sketches, floor plans, mood boards and sometimes computer generated visuals.  This is then refined and developed into a drawing package which includes floor plans showing furniture, flooring, lighting layouts and, where necessary, bespoke furniture drawings, accompanied by a full specification schedule listing out furniture, finishes and materials specified including quantities, suppliers and where possible cost.

My involvement with the project can continue at this point.  I will produce a Tender package to go out to relevant contractors, meet them on site, respond to their queries and co-ordiante their responses to enable you to choose a contractor to work with.  I will attend site regulary to check work is progressing as per the drawings, respond to any queries from contractors and amend drawings to resolve any site issues that arise.  If you'd like to know more, get in touch - the initial consultation is free of charge.
