St Michaels Resort, Falmouth. 32 bedrooms were created above the resort's new gym offering, a synergy of old building and new. The main staircase was clad in reclaimed timber with recesses for lanterns and other objet d'art. A large boat elevation graphic adorns the secondary staircase. Each of the bedrooms has a reclaimed timber headboard detail which continues up and onto the ceiling and is illuminated by concealed LED tape. Room numbers are cut into Cornish slate and illuminated by nautical style wall lamps. Each bedroom has a bespoke branded drawer insert for refreshments. Room layouts created by PBWC Architects and a look and feel concept by 20/20 Projects, was brought to life by the in-house team, under my creative lead.
