Working closely with Julian Graves' Marketing and Purchasing team, the concept behind who and what Julian Graves is was deconstructed. The existing product range was to be streamlined and new products introduced that allowed the customer to engage more with product, such as mix your own oils, weigh out your own nuts and dried fruits. As such, a more experiential, interactive environment; rich in taste, fragrance, colour and texture, to compliment the products on offer was required. Bold graphics contrasted with warm, rich, natural materials with standout elements such as the book matched Zebrano finish behind the customer service area.
